Born and raised in Albury, Michelle began her Real Estate career in 2008 as a commercial property manager looking after a comprehensive portfolio of industrial, office and retail properties which provided her with vast experience and knowledge in the commercial market. Her experience in all aspects of commercial property from financial reporting, lease renewal negotiations, facilities management and working with a team of professionals has allowed her to deliver the best possible results for her clients. The role allowed Michelle to establish valuable relationships with business owners across the Albury Wodonga region.
In 2012 Michelle started looking after commercial sales, as well as still looking after her property management portfolio. She has tackled this role head on achieving results for clients and showing she is a valuable asset to the team.
Before Michelle started a career in Real Estate she completed a degree in Event/Project Management. The skills she has learned from these studies and her career in the event management industry have transferred perfectly into her role as a commercial sales executive.

Enjoying the challenge of a busy Real Estate practice, April is a hardworking and ambitious team member who takes pride in achieving her goal of consistently providing helpful, friendly, and efficient responses to all clients and customers at Stean Nicholls.
April is very committed with high attention to detail and understands that listening to and working with clients and their needs are paramount to a successful relationship.

Kaija’s initial career path began in the NSW Police Force working throughout NSW and her family background has been in construction and developments.
Kaija moved to Albury eleven years ago and has worked here for over the past 17½ years so has a great knowledge of the area. The fundamental organisational skills she sharpened in the police force will prove an exceptional advantage in the busy world of property management.

PA to the Property Managers
Megan was welcomed into the Stean Nicholls ‘family’ in 2016 as part of the reception/admin team.
Megan is new to the real estate industry, coming from an accountancy background, but is very enthusiastic to take up the challenge in the busy world of real estate. She prides herself on her friendly personality and ability to converse with a wide range of clientele.
Megan grew up on the family farm near Walla, and enjoys the outdoors and keeping fit.
Since 2012 Jenna has played a valuable role to the Stean Nicholls team. She has a wealth of experience in customer service, and her friendly manner and attention to detail have made her an absolute asset to our team.
Jenna understands the importance for swift action, honest communication and excellent service all of which is essential to the running of an efficient front office.
Jenna enjoys karate and baking, and her love of the outdoors sees her spending most of her spare time horse riding.
Annette joined Stean Nicholls in 2015 as part of our reception team.
After working 20 years in the health industry, Annette is committed to customer service and attention to detail. Her high standard of service is always her number one priority, whether she is on the phone or with a client in the office, providing a warm friendly greeting. She has a bright, bubbly personality and is great support for the rest of the team.
Annette enjoys the open spaces of living on a farm, reading, cooking and spending time with friends and family.
